The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation and City of Saratoga Springs’ campaign to restore the Spencer Trask Memorial and Spirit of Life statue is well underway. We are thrilled to have partnered with the Preservation Foundation this year to assist with this effort. WNYT News Channel 13 brings you the details in the video below.
