Join Saratoga Springboard THIS Friday, December 2nd, for the 22nd Annual Candle Light House Tour!  The event, which is hosted by the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation, allows you to tour festively decorated homes in the Fifth Avenue and Phila Street neighborhood of Saratoga between 5:30 and 9 p.m.  In addition, a gala reception and silent auction will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Saratoga Golf and Polo Club.
